Our Mission Statement

The National Association of Crap Schools (NASCS) provides the opportunity for truly awful schools to get the recognition they deserve. As Mike Waters, our Chairman explains:

"It's a celebration of mediocrity. In fact, we couldn't even get the letters in the acronym right. You won't see any namby-pamby 'A Stars' here." We are after the real Craprehensives; the sort of places where you only send your child if you really hate them."

The aims of NASCS are to publicize the worst and most appalling schools in the UK. The sort of schools that are not afraid to set themselves low standards and then fail to achieve them.

Membership of the NASCS is free and just like university, open to all.

To nominate your school simply fill in its details as a comment, along with a proper application, detailing exactly why you are worthy of membership. All applications will be carefully considered.
